Terms of Service

1. Agreement

SEO Insight is operated by SBInnovate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. The Service

SEO Insight provides an SEO platform that brings together a multi-source keyword reservoir, backlinks, a content pipeline, multi-site and multi-organisation management, and a built-in MCP server for AI agents. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. Trial usage limits may differ from paid plans. We may modify or end trials at any time. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using paid features.

5. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the end of the current term.
• You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Add-ons (such as extra seats and MCP credit packs) are charged as described at the time of purchase. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once used.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. MCP requests and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly quota of MCP requests. You may purchase additional one-time, stackable credit packs. You agree not to exceed your quota through automated abuse, not to circumvent usage limits, and to use API keys and the MCP server in line with these Terms and our documentation.

7. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data and content you import or create in the Service ('Your Data'). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Data solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to import Your Data (including exports from third-party SEO tools) and that doing so complies with applicable law and the terms of those tools.

8. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Search Console and SEO data providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we may suspend an integration if a provider changes or restricts access. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except as permitted; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; overload, disrupt or probe the infrastructure; or use the Service in a way that breaches the terms of any search engine or data provider. We may suspend access to protect the Service or other users.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by SBInnovate Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant any particular SEO outcome, ranking, traffic or revenue. Search engine results depend on factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SBInnovate Ltd from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or Your Data infringing the rights of a third party.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the 'Last updated' date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
